“Where your attention goes, your energy flows and life grows.”
Heart-Space
Whether you're navigating transition or simply wanting to pay closer attention to your inner life, this is a place for heartfelt exploration and open conversation.
Through spiritual direction and practical resources, you're invited to slow down and listen to your own wisdom, present to what is stirring within.
I'm Sylvie. With over 15 years in spiritual care, I've walked alongside people through various seasons. I bring a compassionate, non-directive, trauma informed approach to spiritual companionship.

My Approach
My style is non-directive—listening for the inner voice and desires as they rise to the surface. Grounded in Ignatian spiritualityGod is present in all things • Personal experience is a primary place of encounter with God • Feelings and desires often carry spiritual information • God desires our flourishing and freedom • The spiritual life is about growing in love, not achieving perfection and informed by biospiritualityThe recognition that our physical bodies, emotions, and nervous system are not separate from our spiritual lives, but are actually sacred pathways through which we experience and connect with the divine., I companion individuals as they explore meaning-making, personal values, and the presence of God in the everyday.
I bring a trauma-informed lens, honed through clinical chaplaincy, to hold space for whatever people are carrying—whether it's grief, transition, or a longing for something more. Each session moves at the directee's pace, noticing where the Spirit stirs and maybe even laughing a little along the way.
While my roots are in the Christian tradition, I welcome and have accompanied people from all faiths and backgrounds.
I hold an MA in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and a ThM in History and Theology from Brite Divinity School. My path has taken me through Clinical Pastoral Education at UT Southwestern Medical Center and specialized spiritual direction training through The Phoenix Center for Spiritual Direction.
I served as an oncology chaplain at Simmons Cancer Center, walking alongside people through some of life's most profound moments. Currently, I'm deepening my education and training through graduate studies in clinical mental health.
